In 2025, guided by client feedback and real-world staffing challenges, we enhanced NexusVMS to be more intuitive, efficient, and future-ready. From expanded PRN support and strengthened back-office operations to advanced, insight-driven BI dashboards, every improvement was designed to streamline workflows and help teams work smarter every day.
We completed a full UI/UX overhaul with a focus on the day-to-day operational needs of healthcare workforce teams. The updated interface simplifies how users navigate staffing workflows, manage credentials, and take action on time-sensitive tasks. By reducing steps and presenting information more clearly, the platform supports faster decisions and smoother operations in busy healthcare environments.
This year brought meaningful progress to PRN functionality, centered on flexibility and efficiency. The launch of the PRN Candidate Portal gives clinicians a centralized, self-service experience to manage availability, confirm shifts, and stay compliant. Behind the scenes, smarter scheduling logic, built-in compliance safeguards, and a daily PRN dashboard provide real-time visibility into staffing, open orders, and timesheets which support quicker, more informed decisions. We also enhanced timesheet views with improved tables, filters, and organization to make review and management easier.
We continued to invest in Internal Resource Pool functionality by introducing a centralized way to manage internal resources, availability, and scheduling. Enhanced compliance tracking ensures requirements are met before assignments are confirmed, while improved profile management tools give facilities greater visibility and control over their internal teams.
Despite a challenging market, 2025 was a year of strong momentum and growth. We expanded our footprint by strengthening longtime partnerships and forging new relationships through leading industry events along with hosting LIFT Conferences, further reinforcing our role as a leader and innovator in healthcare workforce management.
We successfully onboarded new MSPs and fueled program expansions, driving meaningful overall 18.8% increases in jobs, placements, and healthcare programs launched. These results reflect our clients’ trust and the proven impact of our technology-driven solutions. We successfully completed 88.7% of all client enhancement requests while continuing to implement our company strategic initiatives for NexusVMS. Training and refresher support achieved 96% customer satisfaction, demonstrating our focus on responsiveness, quality, and client success.
